Hello, my name is Cristina. I am currently a student enrolled in a
Health and Wellness Coaching Diploma program, training to
become a certified Health Coach. As part of my studies, I am
currently seeking volunteers interested in working with me in a
free 12-week coaching programme.

Health coaching is a collaborative process where a coach
supports and guides individuals in achieving their personal
goals, building skills, knowledge and confidence to achieve
personal health objectives. Through structured conversations
and personalised strategies, health coaches empower clients to
make sustainable and long lasting lifestyle changes.

Duration: Approximately 12 weeks
Sessions: 9 to 10 sessions of about 50 to 60 minutes.
The Initial session will be around the end of March, followed
by 8 weekly sessions focusing on specific coaching tools
and strategies
Format: online or in person depending on preference and
location

In each session, we will:
Introduce and explore a specific coaching tool
Discuss and set personalised health and wellness goals
Develop 1-2 actionable steps to work on
